Tropical SunGold Kiwifruit Dressing
- 2 SunGold kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic
- balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Dress a green salad or use to marinate meat, fish, and poultry.
