IRISH KIWIFRUIT FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:
1 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit
1/4 lemon, sliced
1 oz (28.4 ml) simple syrup
2 1/2 oz (71 ml) Irish whiskey
2 oz (56.8 ml) club soda

METHOD:

  1. Slice kiwifruit into halves and set aside one thin slice for garnish.
  2. Scoop remaining kiwifruit out with a spoon into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add lemon and simple syrup and muddle to combine.
  4. Add Irish whiskey and shake all ingredients with ice.
  5. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  6. Top with club soda.
  7. Garnish with the unpeeled kiwifruit slice.

Prep time: 3 minutes
Makes: 1 cocktail
