INGREDIENTS:
2 oz brown
sugar
2 oz soy sauce
1 oz sesame oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
TT black pepper
2 ZESPRI™ Green kiwifruit
2 pound beef short ribs, cut for Galbi 1/4” Flanken
Cut
METHOD:
Blend
all ingredients except beef in a blender until smooth. Do
not over puree.
Marinate 4 hours to overnight
Grill to desire doneness and serve hot.
