GOLD KIWIFRUIT BANANA PIETINI
INGREDIENTS:
1 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
1 oz Cruzan, banana rum
1 oz Barrenjager
1 1/2 oz heavy cream
1/2 oz liquor 43
METHOD:
- Muddle
kiwifruit and Cruzan in shaker. Add Barrenjager and shake
with ice. Strain into martini glass.
- Place
cream and Liquor 43 in shaker. Shake for 30 seconds until
frothy.
- Place
tsp against inside edge of martini glass. Slowly pour
cream mixture over back of spoon onto kiwifruit mixture,
creating layered effect. Serve immediately.
