KIWIFRUIT DROP

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Gold Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet*
1-1/2 oz vanilla vodka, chilled

METHOD:

  1. Scoop Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet into chilled martini glass. Add vodka and serve immediately.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Makes: 1 cocktail

GOLD Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet

INGREDIENTS:
4 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
1 can (12 oz) lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups water

METHOD:

  1. Purée kiwifruit in food processor until just blended. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds.
  2. Stir kiwifruit puree into lemonade concentrate and water in medium bowl until blended. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Scrape granite into flakes with spoon.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 8 hours
Makes: 4 cups
