GREEN
AND GOLD KIWIFRUIT DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS:
2 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit
2 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup white rum
2 tbsp sugar
ice cubes
METHOD:
- Slice kiwis into halves, and spoon the fruit out into
a blender.
- Add lemon juice, rum and sugar, and pulse until just
blended.
- Add ice cubes, and blend until frothy.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Makes: 2 servings
