KIWIFRUIT PEAR SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz plain yogurt
1 cup pears, peeled and diced
1 banana, peeled and chunked
1/4 cup honey
1 cup ice cubes, crushed
6 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit

METHOD:

  1. Combine the yogurt, pears, banana and honey in a blender. Pulse until smooth and blended.
  2. Add ice cubes one at a time and process until smooth.
  3. Slice kiwifruit into halves and spoon fruit into the blender with the rest of the smoothie. Pulse until just blended.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 4, 1-cup servings

Nutritional Analysis per Serving: 220 Calories (7% Calories from Fat), 5g Protein, 51g Carbohydrate, 5g Fiber, 2g Fat, 0g Sat. Fat, 0g Trans Fat, 5mg Cholesterol, 45mg Sodium
