Baked SunGold Kiwifruit Croissant


3 large or 6 small croissants, cut in half lengthwise
8 – 10 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit
powdered sugar


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the croissants, cut side up, on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Peel and slice the Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit. Arrange slices on top of the croissants. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the croissants are very crisp, and the fruit softened and slightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve hot or warm.
