Green and SunGold Kiwifruit Daiquiri

  • 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit
  • 2 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ice cubes


  1. Slice kiwis into halves, and spoon the fruit out into a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice, rum and sugar, and pulse until just blended.
  3. Add ice cubes, and blend until frothy.
  4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
