Green and SunGold Kiwifruit Daiquiri

- 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit
- 2 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ice cubes
- Slice kiwis into halves, and spoon the fruit out into a blender.
- Add lemon juice, rum and sugar, and pulse until just blended.
- Add ice cubes, and blend until frothy.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
