Wellington Slush


  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup light rum (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar, to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit


  1. Add pineapple and orange juice, rum and sugar to a blender. Blend to mix well.
  2. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  3. Slice kiwifruit into halves and spoon fruit into the existing mixture. Pulse until just blended, taking care not to crush the kiwifruit seeds.
  4. Pour into 2 serving glasses.

Makes: 2 cups
