Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles


  • 2 SunGold kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups halved strawberries
  • popsicle mold

In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until a smooth consistency, about 30-60 seconds. Place a couple kiwi fruit slices in the popsicle mold, then pour some of the strawberry puree in (about ¼ of the popsicle mold at a time). Continue alternating kiwi fruit slices and strawberry puree until the popsicle mold is full. Repeat with remaining popsicle molds. Stick in the sticks or handles of the popsicles. Place upright in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until frozen. Remove from the popsicle molds and enjoy!
